In August 2009, the Meat Industry Hall of Fame is proud to announce the publication of a commemorative book “Larger Than Life,” a compilation of the meat and poultry industry’s greatest leader and pioneers, the business titans and entrepreneurs who built meat production into one of the greatest and most successful of American industries.
